Raw in its emotionalism and bold in its theatricality, Falling in Time is set in Vancouver in 1995 and tells thestory of four individuals, across two continents and over a span of more than forty years. The lives ofthese characters miraculously intertwine in Vancouver playwright C.E. Gatchalian's uncompromising meditation on war, masculinity, sexuality, personal boundaries, and love. Falling in Time asks the question, how do we let go?
Participants and contributors in the development of the script for Falling In Time have included:
Firehall Arts Centre, CrossCurrents, Factory Theatre, Toronto, and Playwrights Theatre Centre.
Presented with the assistance of the Vancouver Playhouse, Canada Council for the Arts and the City of Vancouver.
